1. General Terms

• You must use our services legally and responsibly.

• Do not upload or share anything harmful, illegal, or offensive (malware, copyrighted content you don’t own, hate speech, etc.).

Account Security

• Keep your login credentials secure. Use a strong password that does not include names or easily guessed information.

• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.

Service Updates

• We may modify our terms, pricing, or platform functionality at any time, with or without notice.

• Please review this page occasionally for updates.

Termination & Data

• If you terminate your account, you may request an HTML version of your website.

• This will not include LaunchCMS admin functionality.

• Violating these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

2. Payments & Billing

Timely payment is essential for uninterrupted service. Late payments may result in suspension, reconnection fees, or permanent data loss after continued non-payment.

Payments may be made securely by credit card through your client dashboard.

Invoicing

• Payments are due according to your project proposal milestones or the due date on your invoice.

• Most recurring invoices are due on the 1st of the month.

Late Payments

• Day 1: 5% late fee

• Day 3: $50 reconnection fee

• Day 5: Account and data may be deleted if payment is still not received

Refund Policy

• Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.

• Accounts terminated for policy violations are not eligible for refunds.

Currency

• All payments must be made in USD.

• Returned checks incur a $35 fee.

3. Website Hosting & Resource Usage

Fair Use Policy

• Excessive server resource use or unauthorized large file uploads are not permitted.

• We may suspend or remove accounts misusing resources.

Content Restrictions

• No spam, adult content, pirated software, illegal material, or abusive content.

Backups

• LaunchCMS maintains rolling backups in the cloud for emergency use.

• You are responsible for keeping your own backups of all images, text, and content.

• We cannot guarantee recovery of lost files.

Email Use

• No sending spam or relaying unauthorized emails through our servers.

4. Cancellation & Termination

Our Rights

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or non-payment.

Your Rights

• If you cancel your service, you may request an HTML-only copy of your website (no admin tools included).

5. Support

Help When You Need It

• Support is available through your client dashboard via tickets, and in some cases by phone.

• While we strive for fast responses, no guaranteed response timeframe is provided.

• Do not text support requests—use the client dashboard for assistance.

6. Entire Agreement

These terms, along with any referenced documents, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tommy House Studios. They supersede all previous agreements or understandings, written or oral.

• No verbal explanation or information provided by any party will alter the interpretation of these terms.

• By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you have not relied on any representation outside what is expressly stated here.

• You agree that no remedies exist for misrepresentations not included within this Agreement.

Tommy House Studios retains the right to modify any of these policies, guidelines, or disclaimers at any time, without prior notification. Violations of these policies should be reported to [email protected].

ALL CLIENTS, RESELLERS, USERS, AND MEMBERS MUST AGREE TO THESE TERMS BEFORE PURCHASING ANY PACKAGE OR SERVICE OFFERED BY TOMMY HOUSE STUDIOS.
